The French Surfshark servers do not work, they are blacklisted in particular by Orange. I've followed Surfshark's advice many times - over 30 posts with different Surfshark advisors and many different (un)setting tips! - I wasted a lot of time and Surfshark still didn't work on any device.
Surfshark didn't work on any of the devices, outgoing and incoming emails were blocked, the VPN was buggy. Trusting Surfshark despite everything, I subscribed again to install it on 2 MacOs and 2 Apple iOS iphones.
I requested a refund from Surfshark, which was done despite some reluctance on their part and after a few exchanges.
